Farmer
The Farmer will be responsible for carrying out daily agricultural activities including plantation, crop care, and farm maintenance. The role requires hands-on experience in crop cultivation, date palm care, and basic livestock handling to ensure smooth farm operations.
• Perform plantation, crop care, and vegetable cultivation activities
• Manage and maintain fruit trees and date palm plantations
• Operate farm machinery, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently
• Assist in livestock feeding, handling, and general wellbeing
• Carry out pruning, cleaning, irrigation, and general field maintenance
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene across all farm areas
• Follow farm schedules, safety standards, and operational guidelines
• Work cooperatively as part of a farm team
• Previous farm work experience is mandatory
• Proven experience in vegetable farming, plantation, fruit trees, and date palm maintenance
• Knowledge of livestock handling is an added advantage
• Ability to operate farm machinery and agricultural equipment
• Physically fit and capable of working outdoors in farm conditions
• Willingness to follow schedules and instructions from supervisors
• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant farm or agricultural experience preferred
• Gulf experience is an advantage (but not mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of agricultural practices
• Basic understanding of farm equipment operation
• Time management and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and responsibly
• Commitment to safety, cleanliness, and farm discipline
