Responsible for providing sales and technical service support for water treatment systems, biomedical equipment, and laboratory instruments for Oil & Gas, Power Plants, Healthcare, and industrial clients.
Performs site visits, troubleshooting, equipment installation, and handles customer inquiries while ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Water Treatment, Biomedical, or Laboratory Equipment (Mandatory).
Strong technical knowledge of plant equipment, testing systems, and lab instruments used in Oil & Gas, Power Plant & Healthcare sectors.
Hands-on experience in service, commissioning, troubleshooting & preventive maintenance.
Strong communication, customer handling, and sales-service skills.
Ability to prepare technical reports, quotations & service documentation.
Must be able to travel to client sites and perform field service tasks.
Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Biomedical / Chemical) or related field.
Experience dealing with industrial clients in Qatar.
Knowledge of water treatment processes, purification systems, and biomedical instruments.
Technical troubleshooting & service expertise
Client relationship management
Sales and product demonstration skills
Knowledge of lab/biomedical systems
Strong MS Office & reporting skills
Excellent communication & presentation abilities
Minimum 2 years in a relevant technical or service engineering field
Experience in Oil & Gas, Power Plants & Healthcare industries is a strong advantage
