Responsible for coordinating BIM models across disciplines, ensuring accurate integration of architectural, structural, and MEP systems using latest BIM tools.
Manages clash detection, model updates, project documentation, and supports engineering teams in delivering accurate and coordinated BIM outputs.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in BIM coordination (Mandatory).
Any engineering or technical discipline is acceptable.
Strong project coordination background across multi-discipline engineering teams.
Must be proficient in:
Revit
Navisworks
BIM Collaborate Pro
Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
Experience in clash detection, model federation, and design coordination meetings.
Ability to manage BIM standards, documentation, and workflows.
Excellent communication, reporting, and team management skills.
Diploma or Bachelor’s in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical/Architecture or related field.
Understanding of construction project lifecycle and engineering drawings.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
