PROCUREMENT / SUPPLY CHAIN ENGINEER (Preferred: Female Candidates)

📝 Job Description (2 Lines):

Responsible for reviewing project requirements, preparing RFQs, POs, agreements, and coordinating with project & logistics teams to ensure timely procurement of lighting materials.
Manages vendor communication, evaluates quotations, and ensures procurement compliance as per project timelines.

🔍 Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Supply Chain Management.

  • 2–3 years of experience in Procurement/Supply Chain within the Lighting Industry (mandatory).

  • Strong communication, negotiation & vendor management skills.

  • Experience in preparing RFQs, POs, agreements, and coordinating logistics.

  • Valid Qatar Driving License is required.

  • Female candidates are preferred.

  • Ability to work under deadlines and coordinate with multiple internal teams.

📌 General Qualifications (Both Positions):

  • Good communication skills (English required; Arabic is a plus).

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

  • Strong knowledge of Qatar market and lighting industry trends.

  • Must be currently available in Qatar.
