Job Overview:
We are a leading Facility Management Company seeking experienced Housekeeping Team Leaders with a background in hospital or healthcare environments. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience managing housekeeping teams and ensuring that all healthcare cleaning protocols and standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise housekeeping teams in hospital and healthcare settings.
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed in line with healthcare hygiene standards.
- Train and mentor cleaning staff on the proper use of cleaning tools, products, and protocols.
- Monitor work progress and maintain a high level of cleanliness throughout the facility.
- Manage daily housekeeping schedules and staff allocation.
- Conduct inspections of cleaning tasks to ensure high-quality service.
- Report any maintenance or operational issues to the management team.
- Coordinate with hospital staff to meet cleaning needs effectively and efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in housekeeping, preferably in a hospital or healthcare environment.
- Proven experience in leading or supervising housekeeping teams.
- Knowledge of healthcare hygiene standards and infection control procedures.
- Transferable visa with NOC is required.
Skills Required:
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to train, mentor, and manage a team.
- Good communication skills (English; Arabic is a plus).
