SHOWROOM MANAGER – LIGHTING DIVISION

📝 Job Description (2 Lines):

Responsible for managing the daily operations of the lighting showroom, ensuring excellent customer service, product display, and sales performance.
Oversees the showroom team, drives revenue growth, and maintains strong market presence in lighting products.

🔍 Job Specifications:

  • Experience: 5–10 years of extensive sales experience in a Trading Company in Qatar.

  • Industry Expertise: Must have strong experience in Lighting (Chandeliers, Indoor & Outdoor lighting).

  • Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of customer needs, market trends, and competitor dynamics.

  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate a sales team.

  • Communication: Strong business communication and leadership skills.

  • Driving License: Must hold a valid Qatari Driving License.

📌 Required Qualifications (Both Positions):

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred (Business, Marketing, Sales, Engineering, or related field).

  • Strong sales abilities and customer-handling skills.

  • Familiarity with Lighting Products & Solutions.

  • Must be currently available in Qatar.
