Diploma/Degree in Nursing/Management preferred.
Supervisory or team leader experience in healthcare services.
Leadership and team management.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to handle operational challenges efficiently.
Candidates must be locally available in Qatar.
Good communication skills (English mandatory).
Ability to join immediately preferred.
