Responsible for driving sales of steel fabrication products and services by identifying new clients, managing key accounts, preparing technical proposals, and coordinating with the engineering & production teams. Acts as the technical sales representative who bridges customer requirements with factory capabilities.
Generate sales leads and develop business across steel fabrication projects.
Prepare and submit technical quotations and job estimates.
Coordinate with design & production departments for accurate costing.
Maintain long-term client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets and submit sales reports.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Minimum 12 years of experience in steel fabrication industry.
Strong technical knowledge of steel structures, welding, fabrication processes, materials, and project workflow.
Engineering background preferred (Mechanical / Industrial).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Valid Qatar driving license preferred.
