Responsible for overall management of factory operations including production planning, workflow supervision, manpower management, safety compliance, quality control, and project delivery. Ensures smooth operations from planning to dispatch.
Oversee end-to-end factory operations (Steel / Fabrication / Manufacturing units).
Manage production schedules, manpower allocation, and resource planning.
Ensure all projects and orders are completed within time and quality standards.
Monitor equipment maintenance, machinery performance, and safety protocols.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives for productivity and cost-efficiency.
Prepare daily/weekly production reports for senior management.
Ensure compliance with ISO, safety, and quality regulations.
Minimum 20 years of industry experience, including 5 years in factory management.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, machinery, and production workflows.
Experience in steel fabrication factories preferred.
Excellent leadership, team management, and decision-making abilities.
Ability to handle high-pressure work environments and meet deadlines.
