Develops accurate BIM models for mechanical systems including HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting.
Coordinates with engineers and other disciplines to ensure design accuracy and clash-free modeling.
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or BIM Technology.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Mechanical BIM modeling.
Strong command of Revit MEP, Navisworks, BIM workflows & clash detection.
Ability to generate coordinated shop drawings.
