Responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates across multiple departments.
Develops recruitment strategies, manages job advertisements, and coordinates with hiring managers for manpower planning.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment (preferably in Qatar).
Strong sourcing abilities, interview skills, ATS knowledge, communication skills, and understanding of Qatar labour laws.
