We are urgently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Female Executive Secretary to provide comprehensive administrative support to high-profile executives, including the Chairman and CEO. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience working with senior management in Qatar and must be fluent in both Arabic and English.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide executive-level administrative support to the Chairman, CEO, and other senior executives.
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Prepare and review correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Organize and coordinate high-profile events and meetings.
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Maintain and update office systems, records, and files.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Secretary, particularly working with high-profile executives such as Chairman and CEO.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in office software and technology.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
