Job Description:

We are urgently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Female Executive Secretary to provide comprehensive administrative support to high-profile executives, including the Chairman and CEO. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience working with senior management in Qatar and must be fluent in both Arabic and English.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide executive-level administrative support to the Chairman, CEO, and other senior executives.
  • Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and review correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Organize and coordinate high-profile events and meetings.
  • Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Maintain and update office systems, records, and files.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Secretary, particularly working with high-profile executives such as Chairman and CEO.
  • Fluent in both Arabic and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in office software and technology.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
