A reputable and leading FMCG Distribution Company in Qatar is seeking a highly experienced Down Trade Supervisor to join their growing sales and distribution team.
Only candidates with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the Qatar FMCG market should apply.

Responsible for supervising down-trade sales operations, ensuring product availability, visibility, and coverage across all assigned retail outlets.
Manage route planning, team performance, market execution, and achievement of monthly sales targets.
Oversee daily sales activities for down-trade channels (grocery stores, mini marts, cold stores, general trade outlets).
Implement trade marketing plans, promotions, and product displays.
Monitor stock levels, shelf visibility, competitor activities, and route efficiency.
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve KPIs.
Maintain strong relationships with retailers and ensure timely order collection.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing, and market strategy.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Strong knowledge of FMCG sales systems and market dynamics.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong team leadership and route management abilities.
Ability to analyze sales data, prepare reports, and plan effective market visits.
Knowledge of merchandising standards and distribution processes.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Qatar's FMCG market in the same position (Down Trade Supervisor).
Must have a proven track record in general trade & distribution management.
