Responsible for quantity take-off, BOQ preparation, cost estimation, and contract administration.
Evaluate variations, prepare payment certificates, and monitor project budgets.
Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and procurement teams.
Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering.
Strong cost-control knowledge, estimation skills, and contractual understanding.
Proficiency in MS Excel, QS software & standard measurement methods.
Minimum 3–5 years QS experience in construction or MEP projects.
Must be based in Qatar (preferred).
Strong communication and technical reporting skills.
Ability to work in deadline-driven environments.
