Responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and technical submissions for firefighting & fire suppression system projects.
Review project drawings/specifications and ensure compliance with QCDD standards.
Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams for pricing and technical clarifications.
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Fire Safety Engineering.
Mandatory QCDD Approval for Estimation category.
Strong knowledge of NFPA standards, Qatar Civil Defense regulations, and firefighting system design.
Expertise in BOQ preparation, technical proposals, AutoCAD, and estimation software.
Excellent analytical & communication skills.
Minimum 3+ years of experience in Fire Fighting & Fire Suppression Estimation in Qatar.
Must be based in Qatar with Transferable Visa/NOC.
Strong communication skills in English.
Ability to join immediately is an advantage.
