A leading property and engineering services company in Qatar is urgently seeking qualified professionals for multiple technical roles. The ideal candidates must have solid engineering experience and must be capable of handling property maintenance projects, technical inspections, design drafting, and ICA (Instrumentation, Control & Automation) systems.
Implement and manage QA/QC procedures for property and facility-related projects.
Conduct inspections, quality audits, testing, and documentation.
Ensure all works align with project specifications, industry standards, and QCS.
Prepare method statements, ITPs, NCRs, and corrective action plans.
Monitor contractor performance and verify material compliance.
Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and site teams.
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
5–10 years of experience in QA/QC within Property/Facility/MEP/Civil sectors.
Strong knowledge of QCS, ISO standards, and project quality systems.
Excellent report-writing, documentation, and inspection abilities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
