Steadfast is urgently hiring qualified professionals across multiple engineering disciplines for ongoing and upcoming projects in Qatar. We are seeking skilled Engineers, Inspectors, BIM Modelers, and Safety Officers who can effectively contribute to project execution, quality assurance, and HSE compliance.
Implement HSE plans, policies, and site safety procedures.
Conduct safety inspections, audits, and toolbox talks.
Ensure compliance with Qatar safety regulations and site standards.
Report hazards, incidents, and take preventive actions.
NEBOSH IGC (mandatory).
Minimum 2–5 years of HSE experience.
Knowledge of risk assessment, PTW, and safety documentation.
Strong communication & monitoring skills.
Ability to handle site safety independently.
Good reporting and safety documentation skills.
