Steadfast is urgently hiring qualified professionals across multiple engineering disciplines for ongoing and upcoming projects in Qatar. We are seeking skilled Engineers, Inspectors, BIM Modelers, and Safety Officers who can effectively contribute to project execution, quality assurance, and HSE compliance.
Disciplines may include: Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, QA/QC, MEP, Fire Systems, Infrastructure, Architecture, etc.
Conduct site inspections and ensure work meets quality standards.
Verify compliance with drawings, specifications, and QCS standards.
Report non-conformities and follow up on corrective actions.
Coordinate with engineers, site supervisors, and contractors.
Diploma or Engineering Degree in relevant field.
Minimum 3–7 years of experience in inspection roles.
Good understanding of Qatar Construction Standards (QCS).
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent documentation & reporting skills.
Knowledge of QA/QC procedures and compliance.
