Steadfast is urgently hiring qualified professionals across multiple engineering disciplines for ongoing and upcoming projects in Qatar. We are seeking skilled Engineers, Inspectors, BIM Modelers, and Safety Officers who can effectively contribute to project execution, quality assurance, and HSE compliance.
Disciplines may include: Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Structural, Architecture, MEP, Instrumentation, ELV, Fire Protection, and others.
Handle design, site supervision, planning, and technical project tasks.
Review drawings, specifications, and engineering documents.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project teams.
Ensure compliance with project standards, safety rules, and QA/QC procedures.
Prepare reports, material submittals, and technical documentation.
Bachelor’s Degree in relevant Engineering discipline.
Minimum 3–10 years of experience (depending on specialty).
Strong technical understanding of discipline-related work.
Knowledge of international codes & Qatar standards.
Strong analytical & problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication & project coordination skills.
Proficiency in engineering software (AutoCAD, Revit, discipline-specific tools).
