We are urgently looking for a Sales Coordinator with strong experience in Fire Protection Systems to support the sales team, manage client communications, handle quotations, and coordinate project-related activities. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth workflow between customers, engineers, and the sales department.
Coordinate and support daily sales activities for Fire Protection Systems.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales documents for clients.
Maintain communication with clients and provide customer service support.
Follow up with customers on inquiries, quotations, and updates.
Coordinate with the technical & engineering team for project requirements.
Manage sales records, update CRM, and maintain documentation.
Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling internal communication.
Ensure timely delivery of materials and proper tracking of sales orders.
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Fire Engineering preferred).
Minimum 2 years of experience in Fire Protection System Sales Coordination.
Strong understanding of fire protection products like sprinklers, pumps, alarms, extinguishers, piping, valves, etc.
Qatar Driving License is an added advantage.
Transferable Visa with NOC preferred.
Excellent communication & customer service skills.
Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Knowledge of basic sales processes & technical documentation.
Professional attitude, time management, and organizational skills.
