The Secretary will manage administrative tasks, scheduling, documentation, and assist management in day-to-day operations. The role requires strong communication and organizational skills.
Manage office correspondence, emails, and documents.
Arrange meetings, schedules, and appointments.
Maintain filing systems and records.
Support managers with administrative and clerical duties.
Prepare letters, reports, and presentations.
Diploma/Bachelorβs Degree (any discipline).
Excellent communication in English; Arabic is an advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Professional presentation and interpersonal skills.
Minimum 2β3 years of administrative/secretarial experience.
Transferable QID is mandatory.
Must be locally available in Qatar.
Immediate joining preferred.
