The Van Sales Executive will be responsible for daily van sales operations, product delivery, billing, and route management across Qatar. The role requires strong customer service, knowledge of market routes, and proven ability to meet daily/weekly sales targets.
Drive company van to visit grocery stores, supermarkets, cafeterias, and retail outlets.
Sell company FMCG products and meet daily/weekly sales targets.
Ensure proper stock handling, loading, unloading, and product rotation (FIFO).
Build and maintain strong customer relationships across assigned routes.
Collect payments, manage invoices, and submit daily sales reports.
Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback.
Ensure the van is maintained, cleaned, and roadworthy at all times.
High School / Intermediate / Diploma (any field).
Basic administration knowledge is a plus.
Strong selling and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of Qatar FMCG market routes.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Basic mathematics and invoice-handling skills.
Physically fit and able to handle loading/unloading of goods.
Must have previous experience in Van Sales within the FMCG sector.
Strong market route knowledge in Doha and surrounding areas.
Valid Medium/Light Qatari Driving Licence (strictly required).
