Project Location: Lusail Area, Qatar
Certification Required: UPDA Grade A (Mandatory)
Experience: Must have successfully executed and completed more than one project within the Lusail Zone.
The Project Manager will oversee and manage all civil engineering functions of the Lusail project, ensuring timely execution, quality control, budgeting, and coordination with consultants and authorities. He/she will be responsible for delivering the project safely, efficiently, and within approved standards.
Lead and manage civil engineering activities for the project from initiation to completion.
Ensure project milestones, timelines, and targets are met according to Lusail standards.
Review designs, method statements, shop drawings, and project documentation.
Manage manpower, subcontractors, consultants, and client communications.
Implement quality control, safety procedures, and regulatory compliance.
Conduct regular site inspections, progress reporting, and problem-solving.
Coordinate with Lusail authorities to ensure project approvals and compliance.
Control project budgets, cost management, and resource allocations.
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s degree preferred but not required).
UPDA Grade A Certification is mandatory.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Solid knowledge of Qatar Construction Standards (QCS).
Excellent understanding of Lusail development regulations and procedures.
Competence in project planning software (Primavera / MS Project).
Advanced skills in problem-solving, decision-making, and coordination.
Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Ability to handle budgeting, cost control, and contract management.
Must have significant Project Manager experience in the construction sector.
Must have executed and completed at least two full projects within the Lusail Zone.
Minimum 10–15 years of experience in Civil Engineering & Project Management in Qatar.
