Job Type: Full-time
The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business leads, securing import/export freight shipments, and maintaining long-term client relationships. He/she will drive revenue growth through proactive sales activities and ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service coordination.
Identify and develop new business opportunities in freight forwarding (Air, Sea, and Land).
Meet clients, understand shipping requirements, and present suitable logistics solutions.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and service agreements.
Coordinate with operations and documentation teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Conduct market research to understand competitor pricing and global trade trends.
Bachelorโs Degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
Relevant certifications in logistics are an advantage.
Strong background in freight forwarding (Air/Sea/Land).
Excellent negotiation, communication, and client-handling skills.
Proven ability to secure new clients and close deals.
Strong knowledge of shipping processes, Incoterms, and customs regulations.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic is a plus.
Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
Minimum 5 years of sales experience specifically in Freight Forwarding.
Existing client database in Qatar market is an added advantage.
