POSITION: SALES EXECUTIVE

๐Ÿ“Œ JOB DESCRIPTION (2โ€“3 Lines)

The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business leads, securing import/export freight shipments, and maintaining long-term client relationships. He/she will drive revenue growth through proactive sales activities and ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service coordination.


๐Ÿ”ธ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in freight forwarding (Air, Sea, and Land).

  • Meet clients, understand shipping requirements, and present suitable logistics solutions.

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

  • Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and service agreements.

  • Coordinate with operations and documentation teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

  • Conduct market research to understand competitor pricing and global trade trends.

๐Ÿ”ถ QUALIFICATION & SKILLS REQUIRED

๐ŸŽ“ Qualification

  • Bachelorโ€™s Degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.

  • Relevant certifications in logistics are an advantage.

๐Ÿ› ๏ธ Skills & Competencies

  • Strong background in freight forwarding (Air/Sea/Land).

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and client-handling skills.

  • Proven ability to secure new clients and close deals.

  • Strong knowledge of shipping processes, Incoterms, and customs regulations.

  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

  • Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic is a plus.

  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience specifically in Freight Forwarding.

  • Existing client database in Qatar market is an added advantage.
