(Earth Moving & Mining Equipment)**
Number of Vacancies: 3 Nos.
The Sales Engineer/Executive will be responsible for promoting, demonstrating, and selling heavy equipment (such as excavators, loaders, dozers, and mining machinery). He/She must achieve monthly sales targets, manage customer accounts, and expand the company's presence in the Qatar market.
Identify potential customers and new business opportunities.
Sell Earth Moving and Mining Equipment, ensuring high closing ratio.
Conduct site visits, client meetings, and equipment demonstrations.
Prepare sales proposals, technical offers, and quotations.
Achieve monthly/annual sales targets.
Maintain strong relationships with contractors, mining operators & govt. entities.
Mechanical Engineering graduate preferred (or relevant engineering degree).
Strong technical understanding of heavy equipment.
Minimum 3+ years in the relevant heavy equipment field (mandatory).
Experience handling cranes, manlifts, earthmoving & mining machinery.
Market knowledge and familiarity with Qatarβs industry segments.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong selling, negotiation & deal-closing abilities.
Ability to achieve sales targets consistently.
Multicultural adaptability and team-oriented mindset.
Fluency in English; Arabic is an added advantage.
Must hold a valid Qatari driving licence.
Below 40 years.
Candidates must be able to transfer their Sponsorship (NOC required).
Salary: Negotiable (based on experience).
