The Fire Fighting Engineer will oversee the design, supervision, installation, and commissioning of fire suppression systems such as sprinklers, hydrants, hose reels, fire pumps, and other firefighting equipment. The role requires solid engineering knowledge and field experience.
Design and review fire fighting system layouts based on NFPA/QCDD codes.
Supervise installation of sprinklers, pumps, hydrants, and piping systems.
Conduct flow tests, pressure testing, and system inspections.
Ensure compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.
Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and project managers.
Prepare technical documentation and QCDD submission files.
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 3β5 years of firefighting engineering experience (mandatory).
Strong knowledge of NFPA standards and QCDD requirements.
Experience with hydraulic calculations and firefighting pump systems.
Fire system design & site supervision
