The Fire Alarm Engineer will be responsible for the design, installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of fire alarm systems according to Qatar Civil Defense (QCDD) standards. The role demands strong technical expertise and hands-on experience in fire detection and safety systems.
Design & review fire alarm system layouts and schematics.
Install, test, commission, and troubleshoot fire alarm systems.
Program addressable and conventional control panels.
Conduct maintenance and system inspection as per QCDD standards.
Prepare technical reports, documentation, and compliance forms.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and the project team.
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in fire alarm systems (mandatory).
Strong knowledge of addressable & conventional fire alarm systems.
Experience working on QCDD-certified systems is required.
Familiar with international fire codes (NFPA).
