The Senior Factory Manager will oversee factory operations, production planning, manpower control, machinery management, and overall productivity improvement. The role requires extensive leadership experience in industrial factory operations.
Supervise day-to-day operations of the factory.
Develop production plans and ensure timely output.
Oversee manpower distribution, training, and performance.
Ensure machinery maintenance, safety, and operational efficiency.
Implement quality control and productivity improvement strategies.
Coordinate with management for reporting, planning, and budgeting.
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.
Minimum 10–15 years of factory management experience.
