(With Experience in Factory License Process & Recruitment)
The HR Admin Professional will handle factory licensing procedures, recruitment, employee documentation, and regulatory compliance. This role requires someone with strong knowledge of Qatar labor laws, factory licensing processes, and administrative operations.
Handle all factory licensing, renewal, and compliance processes.
Manage end-to-end recruitment for factory roles.
Maintain employee records, onboarding, and documentation.
Coordinate with government portals (MOI, MOL, Baladiya, etc.).
Support HR operations, payroll coordination, and attendance systems.
Prepare reports, letters, and HR documentation.
Degree in HR/Business Administration or relevant field.
Minimum 3–5 years of HR/Admin experience, preferably in a factory/industrial environment.
Strong knowledge of factory licensing procedures.
Experience handling recruitment for technical and factory roles.
Good communication skills in English.
