The Valet Parking Line Supervisor will oversee daily valet operations, manage valet staff, and ensure smooth traffic flow and customer service excellence. The role requires strong leadership, communication skills, and the ability to manage high-pressure operational environments.
Supervise the entire valet parking team and daily shift activities.
Monitor customer service standards and ensure excellent guest experience.
Coordinate vehicle movement, traffic flow, and parking allocation.
Train and guide valet staff on safety, etiquette, and company procedures.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
Ensure compliance with safety, security, and operational policies.
Report daily activities to management and maintain shift logs.
Must have a Valid Qatar Driving License.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in valet operations, hospitality, or parking management.
Strong leadership and team-handling skills.
Fluent in English communication (spoken & written).
Must be immediately available with a transferable visa.
