A reputable Fashion Workshop in Al-Sadd, Doha is urgently hiring a highly qualified and experienced Master Cutter (Male/Female) to join their professional tailoring and fashion design team.
The Master Cutter will be responsible for creating precise garment patterns, cutting fabrics with accuracy, and ensuring top-quality finishing of all clothing types. The role requires expertise in high-end couture garments, including bridal gowns, evening dresses, and custom uniforms. The candidate must be able to work independently with strong technical and creative cutting skills.
Create accurate patterns for all garment types (women’s, men’s, couture, casual).
Expertly cut fabrics for wedding gowns, evening dresses, cocktail dresses, suits, uniforms, and more.
Coordinate with tailors and designers to ensure correct fitting and garment structure.
Adjust patterns based on client measurements and fitting sessions.
Oversee sewing, shaping, and finishing quality of garments.
Provide technical guidance to the tailoring team.
Maintain cutting tools, fabric inventory, and work area.
Ensure high standards of craftsmanship and timely delivery.
Advanced cutting and sewing expertise.
Ability to draft all types of patterns from scratch.
Skilled in couture, luxury, and custom-made garments.
Strong attention to detail and garment finishing.
Ability to multitask under pressure and work independently.
Good communication skills, especially in English.
Minimum 10–15 years of proven experience in cutting and sewing.
Hands-on experience in bridal wear, evening gowns, suits, uniforms, and high-end fashion.
Professional knowledge of fashion construction, fabric behavior, and garment fitting.
Age Requirement: 35–48 years.
