Job Description (2 lines):
Monitors health, safety, and environmental compliance on marine construction sites; conducts inspections and risk assessments.
Qualifications: NEBOSH / IOSH / Diploma in Safety
Skills:
HSE audits, toolbox talks, risk assessment
Incident reporting and emergency response
Knowledge of offshore/marine safety standards
Experience: Minimum 5 years in marine or oil & gas projects
