Job Description (2 lines):
Responsible for generating sales, securing new clients, and managing existing accounts within the ready-mix concrete sector. Ensures achievement of sales targets while maintaining strong market relationships.
Identify new business opportunities in Qatar’s ready-mix and construction market
Maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and procurement teams
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
Achieve monthly and annual sales revenue targets
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and pricing updates
Coordinate with dispatch, production, and technical departments
Ensure timely follow-up on inquiries, orders, and payments
Expand client base using existing market connections
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
Valid Qatar Light Vehicle Driving License
Must be below 35 years of age
Minimum 3 years of sales experience in ready-mix concrete or related construction materials industry in Qatar
Must have existing client base and proven successful sales record
Must have Qatar market experience currently working in a ready-mix or related company
Strong communication skills in English & Arabic
Excellent negotiation and client-handling abilities
Solid market understanding of ready-mix, suppliers, contractors, and pricing
Computer literate; able to work with CRM, MS Office, and digital tools
Strong personality with target-driven mindset
Ability to obtain NOC and join immediately
