Job Description:

We are a leading Grade “A” construction company in Qatar seeking a highly qualified and experienced Quantity Surveyor (QS). The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all costs related to building projects from the initial calculations to the final figures. This position is critical in ensuring the financial success of construction projects by providing accurate cost management and financial advice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, manage, and maintain accurate project cost estimates and budgets.
• Conduct risk assessments and advise on cost control measures.
• Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.
• Analyze and evaluate subcontractor tenders.
• Ensure that project work complies with legal, contractual, and safety regulations.
• Manage project costs, payments, and variations during construction.
• Prepare regular reports and forecasts for project management.

Qualifications & Experience Required:

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in Building Construction projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.
• Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Candidates must be immediately available with a transferable visa and NOC.
