Location: Ras Laffan / Doha – Qatar
Implement, monitor, and enforce Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) policies on project sites.
Conduct daily site inspections, risk assessments, and toolbox talks.
Ensure compliance with Qatar HSE standards, Oil & Gas regulations, and company safety procedures.
Investigate incidents, prepare safety reports, and recommend corrective actions.
Coordinate safety training sessions for workers and staff.
Liaise with project managers, contractors, and clients on safety-related matters.
Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Occupational Health & Safety.
NEBOSH IGC certification is preferred.
Strong knowledge of HSE standards and Oil & Gas safety protocols.
Good communication and leadership skills.
Ability to handle incident reporting and emergency response procedures.
Hindi language proficiency preferred for team coordination.
Minimum 5 years of HSE experience in the Oil & Gas sector.
Must have worked in Ras Laffan projects (preferred/mandatory based on employer need).
