Handle full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing & onboarding.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower needs.
Maintain applicant database and manage job postings.
Coordinate local & overseas recruitment agencies when required.
Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of Qatar labor laws and hiring procedures.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple vacancies at once.
2–3 years of experience in Manpower Recruitment.
