🎯 ROLE PURPOSE

To provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and chat while addressing enquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate customer records using the company’s CRM system. The role requires a friendly, professional, and proactive individual who can ensure customer satisfaction at every interaction.


📝 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (Full Explanation)

  • Customer Handling:
    Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and online chat, ensuring clear communication and timely responses.

  • CRM Management:
    Record, update, and organize customer information accurately in the company’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

  • Follow-up Activities:
    Track and follow up on pending customer requests, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and professionally.

  • Issue Resolution:
    Provide solutions to customer concerns in a polite, calm, and supportive manner.

  • Customer Experience:
    Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction and represent the company professionally at all times.

  • Communication:
    Coordinate with internal teams when required to address customer needs or escalate unresolved issues.


🎓 QUALIFICATIONS (Series-wise)

  • Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Customer Service, Communications, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).

  • Experience:

    • Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, or Call Center Operations.

    • Experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
