Handle B2B sales of construction chemicals including admixtures, waterproofing systems, grouts, sealants, surface treatments, and industrial chemical products.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, and project clients.
Prepare sales presentations, technical proposals, and product demonstrations.
Conduct market research to understand emerging trends and competitor activities.
Coordinate with technical, production, and logistics teams to fulfill customer requirements.
Attend project meetings, follow up on quotations, and close sales deals.
Maintain client database, prepare sales reports, and update CRM tools.
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or Business Administration.
Specialized knowledge of construction chemical products is preferred.
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Excellent knowledge of Qatar construction market and customer segments.
Ability to understand technical product specifications.
Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
Good reporting, presentation, and time-management skills.
Minimum 7–10 years of experience in sales within the construction chemical industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets in Qatar GCC region.
