Oversee the overall operations of multiple factories including production, maintenance, planning, and quality control.
Manage daily factory activities ensuring smooth workflow, resource availability, and operational efficiency.
Lead workforce planning, shift assignment, manpower allocation, and productivity improvement initiatives.
Implement and monitor KPIs for production, maintenance, safety, and quality.
Develop strategies for cost reduction, process optimization, and industrial best practices.
Coordinate with procurement, engineering, maintenance, and logistics teams for uninterrupted operations.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, QHSE standards, and local industrial requirements.
Prepare performance reports and present operational updates to senior management.
Drive continuous improvement programs and modernization of factory equipment or processes.
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).
Additional certifications in Management, Operations, or Industrial Engineering are a plus.
Excellent leadership and factory management skills.
Strong understanding of industrial machinery, production processes, and maintenance systems.
Ability to manage large teams and multiple factory facilities.
Strong planning, budgeting, and performance management abilities.
Good communication skills and ability to coordinate across departments.
Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.
Minimum 20 years total experience in mechanical/industrial engineering fields.
Minimum 5 years of full factory management experience (must).
Experience in managing manufacturing plants, production units, or industrial workshops.
