Monitor site HSE activities for construction projects.
Conduct toolbox talks, inspections, and safety audits.
Maintain compliance with local safety regulations and company HSE standards.
Prepare safety reports, incident reports, and risk assessments.
Ensure workers follow safety procedures and apply corrective actions when needed.
Report unsafe practices and ensure safe working environments.
Diploma/Degree in Safety, Engineering, or related field.
NEBOSH IGC / IOSH certification (mandatory).
Strong knowledge of construction safety standards.
Excellent communication and awareness skills.
Ability to conduct safety trainings and inspections.
3–5 years of experience as an HSE Officer in Construction projects.
