Supervise all lifting and rigging operations on site.
Ensure safe execution of lifting activities as per safety standards.
Inspect lifting equipment and verify certification validity.
Plan lifting operations in coordination with project engineers.
Monitor riggers, crane operators, and lifting teams.
Prepare lifting plans and risk assessments when required.
Report unsafe conditions, incidents, and ensure site compliance.
Certified Lifting Supervisor (TUV / NEBOSH / other approved certifications).
Strong knowledge of lifting techniques, crane operations, and rigging safety.
Ability to read lifting plans and supervise on-site heavy lifting.
Excellent safety awareness and leadership skills.
Minimum 5 years of site-based experience in lifting supervision.
