Create detailed 3D BIM models for mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, firefighting).
Develop models in accordance with LOD requirements and project specifications.
Coordinate mechanical models with architectural, structural, and electrical disciplines.
Conduct clash detection and prepare coordination reports.
Generate detailed drawings, schedules, and shop drawings from BIM models.
Support BIM execution plan, standards, and project workflows.
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or BIM Technology.
Proficiency in Revit (mandatory) and Navisworks.
Strong understanding of mechanical systems and MEP coordination.
Knowledge of BIM standards, LOD specifications, and documentation.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Minimum 10 years of experience in Mechanical BIM modeling (MEP projects preferred).
