Create and manage 3D BIM models for architectural components in Revit.
Develop LOD-appropriate models including walls, floors, ceilings, doors, windows, finishes, and building elements.
Integrate COBie data into BIM models for asset management and facility handover.
Coordinate architectural models with MEP & structural BIM teams to resolve clashes.
Prepare BIM schedules, sheets, and project documentation.
Support BIM coordination meetings and ensure adherence to BIM Execution Plan.
Diploma/Degree in Architecture / Architectural Technology.
Expertise in Revit (mandatory).
Strong knowledge of COBie data entry and standards.
Understanding of BIM workflows & clash detection.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Minimum 5 years experience in architectural BIM modeling.
Must have COBie project experience.
