Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration / Engineering / Marketing.
Strong communication, negotiation & presentation skills.
Excellent market awareness and networking ability.
Proficiency in MS Office and proposal preparation.
3–5 years experience in Business Development within Projects / Construction / Oil & Gas.
