Implement and monitor company HSE management systems across all project sites.
Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, company policies, and international HSE standards.
Develop safety training programs and deliver toolbox talks.
Investigate incidents, prepare reports, and implement corrective actions.
Maintain HSE documentation and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Environmental Science / Safety Management.
NEBOSH / IOSH certification preferred.
Strong knowledge of HSE laws, ISO standards, & risk assessment methods.
Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Ability to lead safety initiatives at project sites.
3–5 years of experience as QHSE Supervisor, preferably in Construction / Oil & Gas sector.
