Job Description: The hotel is hiring a talented Commis-I for the Cold Kitchen section. The successful candidate will prepare and present cold dishes and appetizers in line with the hotel's standards. A background in a reputed hotel or restaurant is essential. Candidates must have a valid RP, Food Handler Certificate, and NOC.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing and presenting cold dishes such as salads, appetizers, and desserts.
• Follow strict hygiene and safety standards while handling food.
• Work under the direction of the Chef de Partie to ensure high-quality food preparation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the cold kitchen.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Commis-I in a hotel or restaurant (Cold Kitchen).
• Valid RP, Food Handler Certificate, and NOC.
• Knowledge of cold kitchen preparation techniques.

Skills:
