๐Ÿ“ Job Description

The PR & Social Media Coordinator will manage and execute daily marketing, PR, brand awareness, and digital communication activities. The role includes planning and creating social media content, updating website information, organizing mall events, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring strong brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, plan, and schedule social media content across all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, LinkedIn).

  • Manage social media campaigns, engagement, and analytics.

  • Update mall website, promotional banners, store information, and announcements.

  • Assist in planning and organizing mall events, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.

  • Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and tenants to ensure branding consistency.

  • Prepare PR materials including press releases, newsletters, and promotional content.

  • Support photo/video shoots for marketing campaigns.

  • Monitor brand presence and customer engagement.

  • Ensure all marketing activities align with the mallโ€™s marketing strategy.


๐ŸŽ“ Qualifications

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Marketing, PR, Communications, or related field.


๐Ÿ’ผ Required Experience

  • 1โ€“3 years of experience in Public Relations, Marketing, or Social Media

  • Experience in retail/mall marketing is highly preferred

  • Demonstrated experience managing digital content and social media calendars


๐Ÿ’ก Skills Required

  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic preferred)

  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and online analytics

  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment

  • Creative mindset with strong visual sense

  • Basic graphic design familiarity (Canva/Photoshop) is an advantage

  • Strong organizational & coordination skills

  • Ability to work independently and within a team
