Responsible for design, calculation, and engineering of hydrocarbon tanks including modifications, upgrades, and new construction. Prepares detailed drawings, performs design calculations, and ensures adherence to API standards. Works with project teams to support construction and maintenance activities.
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Degree must be certified from a recognized university
Minimum 7 years experience in:
Design calculations for construction & modification of hydrocarbon tanks
Engineering & drafting using CAD software
Hands-on knowledge of API 650 & API 653
Strong mechanical design calculation ability
Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar CAD software
Ability to prepare engineering drawings independently
Good understanding of tank construction procedures
Analytical thinking & engineering problem-solving
