The Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing marketing strategies to promote the company’s contracting services, generate new business opportunities, and maintain strong relationships with clients. The role includes managing both online and offline marketing campaigns, coordinating with project and sales teams, and supporting the company’s growth in the construction sector.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and market reach.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and client requirements.
Prepare promotional materials, proposals, and company presentations.
Manage social media presence and digital marketing initiatives.
Coordinate with project and business development teams to align marketing efforts with company goals.
Participate in client meetings, exhibitions, and networking events.
Maintain and update the company’s client database and marketing reports.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field from a recognized university.
Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within a contracting or construction company in Qatar or the GCC region.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent command of English (Arabic is an advantage).
Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing tools (Google Ads, SEO, social media platforms).
Good knowledge of the construction/contracting industry and project bidding processes.
Ability to prepare and deliver professional marketing presentations.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Candidate must be locally available in Qatar with transferable visa.
Candidates with experience in contracting or construction marketing will be given preference.
