Job Description:
The Sales Manager will lead the company’s business-to-business (B2B) sales operations, focusing on growing the HORECA sector. The role includes developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, training sales teams, and achieving company growth targets.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
Experience:
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in the HORECA sales industry.
Proven leadership experience in managing sales teams and achieving business goals.
Skills Required:
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
Ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships.
Deep understanding of Qatar’s hospitality and foodservice market.
